UPDATE – esXpress Delta Backup 2010 Issue

Following up on Monday’s article regarding an issue with esXpress performing Delta backups since January 1, 2010; PHD Virtual have communicated an update to us stating:

“Patches are now available to fix the 2010 Delta backup issues for esXpress versions 2, 3.1, and 3.6. These patches are available for all customers running these versions of esXpress, including those whose support has expired.

We would like to express our apologies for any inconvenience this may have caused, and we are confident that this issue is now resolved.”

hi, we are using the version (3.119) on ESX 3.5 .0 and version (2.3.5) on ESX 2.5.5.
delta backups (01.01.2010) are on both version a problem!
how can we fix it? where are the downloads for us?
please answer or send us an link?
